As a Buyer's agent I work with you to find exactly what you are looking for. I listen!
I am not a pushy salesperson. You'll find that once we've looked at a few houses I will have a good feel for what you want. I watch new property listings daily and immediately contact buyers who are actively looking. I always put my best foot forward for those clients who appreciate the value of my time and services by communicating closely with me and scheduling in advance.

Keep in mind that when I work as your Buyer's agent, I'm on your side. Even though the seller typically pays my commission, I work to get you the best deal possible and must place your interests first.   Once you find a property you want to buy, I research local comparable sales so I can advise you regarding a fair offering price and help coordinate inspections, financing, repairs, utilities, home warranties, etc. I am involved each step of the way until closing. Even after closing, I am here to help you make that transition to your new home as smooth as possible.
